Dissertation Award

Since 1996, the AAMFT Research & Education Foundation has been supporting and promoting systemic research through the Dissertation Award. With this award, the AAMFT Research and Education Foundation recognizes scholarly achievement of recent graduates whose research focuses on couples and family therapy or family therapy training.

The award includes up to $500 reimbursement per recipient for travel reimbursement to the Annual Conference, a waiver of conference registration fee, and an award plaque. Interested candidates are invited to complete an online application.
